Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Stevenage, and cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and North London.

Do you charge for surveys?

We do not charge for undertaking surveys, and will provide a quote the same day.

How long will I have to wait for a site visit?

We aim to respond to enquiries the same day and can often provide a quote without a site visit. If a survey is required, we aim to visit your property within 48 hours of your enquiry.

How long will it take once I order?

We hold many sizes in stock, and for custom orders the wait time is generally in the region of 3 weeks from date of order.

Will I have to pay a deposit?

We do not take any payment upfront, and will only ask for payment when the job is completed and the client is entirely satisfied!

What warranties do you give?

We offer 10 year warranties for all our up and over and roller doors and frames. We offer 5 year warranties on all our tubular motors as against the industry standard of 2 years, such is our confidence in the quality of our work and components. For repairs we offer a 2 year warranty for parts and labour.

I only want a repair, will I be pressured to buy new?

We provide a 24/7 repair service and will never apply pressure to change a door that can be economically repaired. Before any works are undertaken, an honest professional opinion on the economic benefits of the existing door and the cost of any feasible repair will be given.

I only need a spring replaced, is there a callout charge?

We are happy to tackle any size job, and once we are provided with all the information we need ahead of time can advise the price to cover your repair, plus the cost of any parts that may be required.

My handset is broken can you help?

We can supply a new remote control handset for most makes of electrical operator, and carry out the re-programming if required.

We have restricted height, or an irregular opening to our garage?

We love a challenge, and pride ourselves on finding a workaround to accommodate almost any space.

My garage needs a renovation, can you help?

We can offer a full garage renovation service if required. We are also regularly called on to make structural alterations to enable the installation of larger doors, for example where a double garage is converted into one large space.

Will you charge me to take my old door away?

Your existing door will be environmentally disposed of at no extra cost to you.

How will my old door be disposed of?

Your existing door will be taken it to a licensed Waste Transfer Station for recycling where we are given a document to prove it has been ethically and environmentally disposed of. This service is at no extra cost to you.

What's your recycling policy?

We are extremely eco-aware and as well as disposing of old doors environmentally via a licensed Waste Transfer Station, all our cardboard and packaging waste is taken to a recycling centre in Biggleswade.

Do you only work with residential clients?

In addition to our residential customers, we have many commercial clients and are proud to be currently supplying and installing on behalf of Stevenage Borough Council, a number of Housing Associations and insurance companies.

How long have you been in business?

We are celebrating our 25th Year in business, and our management team has been in the industry for 32 years.
